I offer video and photography services during rhythmic gymnastics competitions and tournaments.

Rhythmic gymnastics is a demanding discipline where every performance tells a story combining technique, elegance, and emotion.

Through video and photography, my goal is to capture these unique moments and enhance them, allowing gymnasts, clubs, and families to keep a faithful and meaningful memory of each performance.

You can choose a horizontal or vertical video format, or a photography service (one format per performance).

Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed up until the day before the event. After this deadline, orders will no longer be accepted except in exceptional circumstances.
• Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received, which must be completed before the start of the event.
• Once payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact me.
• By confirming your order through payment, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

• I provide video and photography services during rhythmic gymnastics competitions and tournaments. For each performance, you may choose either a video format (horizontal or vertical) or a photography service. Video and photography cannot be carried out simultaneously for the same routine, as I work alone during the event.
• The vertical video package includes: A full-performance video + A short edited format (reel style) of approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute, including slow-motion highlights
• The horizontal video package includes: A full-performance video
• The photography package includes: Between 10 and 30 photos taken during the performance

3. Music

• To ensure the best possible video quality, I invite you to send your music by email to contact@pagani-productions.com. Otherwise, you may simply provide the title and artist.
• Without any response from you, the editing will be completed using the event’s ambient sound, which may include background noise and reduced audio quality.

4. Copyright

• I decline all responsibility regarding copyright related to the music used by the gymnasts.
• Some platforms (such as YouTube) may restrict or block videos containing copyrighted music. This responsibility lies solely with the client.

5. Delivery

• Final videos and photos are delivered within a maximum period of one month.
• An express 48-hour delivery option is available at double the standard rate.
• Files are delivered by email through a transfer service (such as Smash) to ensure optimal quality.
• My logo will appear on the videos. If you do not wish for it to appear, you may request its removal, subject to payment of double the service price.

6. Image Rights

• As part of my business activity, certain photos or videos may be used for communication purposes (website, social media, etc.). If you do not wish for the images to be used, please specify this when placing your order.

7. Artistic Style

• By booking my photography or videography services, you acknowledge and accept my artistic style.
• No refunds will be issued if you do not personally like the photos or videos, provided that the delivered work matches the order and remains consistent with the content presented on my website and social media platforms.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

• cancellation of the gymnast’s performance (injury or illness)
• inability on my side to provide the service (technical issue or health-related unavailability)

No refunds will be issued in any other circumstances.
